It’s in the genes (or is it?) 20th January 2026
Ever wondered why some people experience problems with different parts of the body despite having alterations in the same gene? Ever wondered why some people get sick and others stay well? Ever wondered why sometimes a causative genetic problem can’t be pinpointed? Dr Anna Duckworth joined us for our January support meeting. She is a researcher at the University of Exeter and is the coordinator of the Exeter Patients in Collaboration for Pulmonary Fibrosis Research (EPIC FC).
